Video Podcasts I Subscribe To
Several people have asked me now what video podcasts I subscribe to on iTunes, so I thought I'd post the list here:
- The Art Lab - Drupal School - a little infrequent, but I'm a sucker for all things Drupal
- Ask a Ninja - by far the funniest video podcast there is. Always flippin' hysterical.
- Best of YouTube - hit or miss, but usually pretty good.
- Business 2.0 Disruptors - short videos on hot tech companies
- CNBC's Mad Money with Jim Cramer - The Lightning Round - don't worry, it's not the whole show, it just the last 10 minutes or so when he takes calls and quickly talks about different stocks and companies. I don't know why, but I enjoy it.
- Cranky Geeks - tech news
- Diggnation - really funny show about the week's top stories on Digg.com
- DriveTime - tech-type news with a Boston slant (usually) - always recorded in the presenters' car on their way to work
- Lullabot Videocast - always learn something new about Drupal watching these
- MAKE Magazine - weekend projects - cool videos, maybe someday I'll actually do one of them
- The Rest of Everest - if I could only choose one videocast, this would be it. Be sure to start with episode 0.
- Rocketboom - goofy tech news - I don't actually watch this one all that often
- ScreenCastsOnline - free how-to videocasts about various Macintosh-related software. The free version is usually just a teaser or low-res version of the full show. High quality and always informative.
- SFN Mission Report Minute - space news - very infrequently updated
So, of all those listed, the ones I watch most religiously are:
- The Rest of Everest
- Ask a Ninja
- Diggnation
- Business 2.0 Distruptors
- Lullabot Videocast
